All tires are covered for workmanship, materials and handling on normal service use down to 2/32" remaining tread. Customer will prepay the tire back to point of origin warehouse. Credit will be based on original price times tread life remaining. If 75% tread unused, adjustment will be .75 of purchase price.
The cost of mounting, balancing and accessory charges related to tire replacement to be paid by the purchaser. Most manufacturer defects evident within first 2/32 of usage.

EXCLUSIONS (what is not covered):

• Vandalism
  • Run Flat
  • Competitive Use (Racing)
• Road Hazards
• Collision
• Theft
• Fire
• Willful Abuse
• Mechanical defects (such as brakes, shocks or rims)
• Off-road Use
• Conditions resulting from:
  • (a) improper mounting
  • (b) under inflation
  • (c) imbalance of tire/wheel assembly
  • (d) improper tire size
  • (e) defect in vehicle
  • (f) abuse
• Ride complaints after first 2/32 of tread wear
• Misalignment
• Repairable punctures
• Tire Flats/Leaks from defective rim, valve stem or core
• Ozone or weather checking on tires over [4] years from date of manufacture

• Step (1) - Call [800 783 8473] or email walshtire@tireauditor.com
• Step (2) - A freight bill of lading will be faxed to pick up defective tire(s). Customer will prepay freight back to origin warehouse (using DWT discounted tariff bill of lading).
• Step (3) - A written adjustment determination will be provided within one week of return. If tire adjustable, a credit (or refund check) will be issued immediately. If not adjustable, an official analysis will be mailed/faxed and defective tire(s) held for [30] days before legal disposal.

SUMMARY:

Legitimate adjustments are handled immediately. For the protection of all customers in compliance with industry standards/commercial laws, an official inspection is required for every claim. It is very important to maintain proper inflation and manufacturer's recommended maintenance to achieve maximum use.
